Shipping Policy

ZPE Inc. Shipping policy for 2019

ZPE Inc. offers shipping for both domestic and international. We offer multiple services from next day E.A.M. to standard ground. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service or Ground UPS. For international several providers are offered so the customer can choose the best shipping method for their needs. Customers may pay for expedited services if needed even after the order placed.

At ZPE we have exceptionally high standards for our part quality.  If a order is placed and for some reason the part does not pass a last visual check or stock was in error ZPE will contact the customer as soon as the error is detected and confirm the lead time for shipping or other possible options. 

 

Common questions. 

Q:  When will my order ship?  

A:  Small orders that are in stock, typically ship the same day or the following business day. (Small orders are considered 1-15pc.)

     

Q:  If I order a part that is on backorder what is the typical lead time?

A:  Typical back order lead times are 1-2 weeks before we can ship. This time includes the parts production and time to our anodizer. Once back the pulley will go through QC then to our logo art dept and from there one more QC process and then ships. 

 

Q:  If I need to exchange or return a pulley what do I do? 

A:  The best way is to contact us on our main number (951) 303-6857 have your order number ready. If you don't have your order number we can look it up it. Once we establish the order orgin we can proceed with the exchange or return. In most cases the part will be returned at purchase value, shipping cost may be excluded depending on the situation.  

 

Q: I ordered the wrong pulley, what do I do?

A: As long as the pulley is in new condition we will exchange for the correct pulley less shipping or difference in price. 

 

Q: If I ordered from a ZPE vendor can I exchange a pulley to ZPE Inc, I don't see the pulley I need on the vendors website.  

A:  Typically we prefer you handle the exchange or return with your point of purchase, however we are here to always make sure our customers are happy and can help in almost any case. Please call your point of purchase first, if the project is time sensitive or you are not getting the service you need you can always contact us. 

 

B2B (Vendors)

Stocking orders are filled depending on size and mix of PN. Our productions have ramped up quite a bit and most orders can ship with in 1-3 days. For larger stocking orders and orders with several back order items please allow 2-3 weeks for shipments if stocked items need to ship first with back orders filled when available please note that in your order comments.  Some unique orders that are for bi annual order fills due to their size please confirm with us ETA.  Any special attention to specific PN that need expediting please note in your order and confirm via phone or Email. 

 

Please note: If needed we can cut emergency cut that ship out raw with no hard coat. The pulley will still have our Griptec on it and will be suitable for temporary use for a track event or dyno session. If you need a "HOT CUT" please call us to discuss how fast we can get the project out. Typically same or next day is possible for hot cuts.
